Ultimate Imus Diary - or How Don Imus Knows the TRUTH!

okay - condoleaser said to blame her?him? so i am! (rule violation #1 - calling out another kossack!)
the imus firing has drawn much serious discussion regarding issues of free speech, integrity of allowing old farts to spew garbage on national media while getting paid for it, racism that trump trivial issues like attorneygate, emailgate, iraqscapades, abu gonzo, club guantanamo, etc.
HOWEVER! i am here to tell you that it is ALL a distraction! this is a PLOT! i have FOUND the truth! the REAL reason that don imus was fired had NOTHING to do with his remarks about the rutgers baseball team!
for the REAL TRUTH go beneath the fold - (in keeping with information from THIS enlightened diary about the draft gore websites that graced us this morning...)

this morning, in an attempt to keep abreast (or two) with the international viewpoint of our world, i began checking all my usual sites (al jazeera, guardian, pravda, etc.) and was amazed (SMACKING FOREHEAD!) that i have been SO shortsighted by avoiding all of the imus controversy!
i thought this was a simple case of an aged bigot spewing hatred for cash - but, fortunately, i found the truth in this article on Pravda.
i have been pleased during the last decade to see pravda expand to serious coverage of news similar to our old media - daring, bold and forward with breaking news from reporters from around the world. so i eagerly read this the imus story and would like to share parts of it with you (in the hopes that you will go enlighten yourselves, like I did!)
after listening to practically the ENTIRE msnbc new morning show delve into the intricacies of how the management came to the painful decision to fire someone they claim to "respect" - i was puzzled. i was CONFUSED! i tell you! WHY would they fire imus - when he was only doing what he had done for years - i tell you, i was CONFUSED! that is, UNTIL i read this article.
okay, you ask WHAT was in this tome of wisdom? these words of truth?
well, let me start by sharing the title of the opinion piece offered this morning: American radio icon Don Imus disgraced, fired after threat to reveal 9/11 secrets (rule #2 broken! ouch - SNARK!!!!! ALERT!!!!!)
YESSS! my friends, we are SAVED! we have been told the darkest, dankest secrets - the REASON that don imus was fired!
According to European reports of the events surrounding Don Imus that have gripped the United States this past week, it was during an interview with another American media personality, Tim Russert, who is the host of a television programme frequently used by US War Leaders, wherein while decrying the state of care being given to American War wounded stated, "So those bastards want to keep these boys [in reference to US Soldiers] secret? Let's see how they like it if I start talking about their [in reference to US War Leaders] secrets, starting with 9/11."
Unable to attack such a powerful media figure as Don Imus, directly, the US War Leaders, and as we have seen many times before, resorted to a massive media attack against him using as the reason a racial slur against a US woman's basketball team, but which has been pointed out by other media outlets was not by any means a rare occurrence for the legendary radio icon to make.
But, to the US War Leaders, Don Imus represented the most serious threat, to date, of the growing assault against them by America's media personalities threatening to expose the truths behind the events of September 11, 2001 and the Iraq/Afghanistan Wars; and to such an extent that another American media personality, Rosie O'Donnell, has expressed concern that US Military Leaders could actually imprison Mr. Imus.
that's right, it has NOTHING to do with nappies (not the british kind) - but EVERYTHING that our own kos would deign to keep from our virgin ears!
and, FURTHERMORE! our war leaders have SHAMED him! OH YEAUS! HE has been SHAMED into SILENCE!
he is SOOOO shamed that he will be heralded as the LEADER of SHAME that will prevent ALL our media from telling the truth about the "truth"!
It is expected, also, that the US War Leaders actions against Don Imus will have a further chilling affect upon other American media personalities questioning their authority, such as the popular US movie actor, Charlie Sheen, and who was one of the first to question the events of September 11, 2001, and as we can read as reported by New Zealand Herald News Service in their article titled "Charlie Sheen may voice 9/11 documentary", and which says:
"US actor Charlie Sheen is reportedly in talks to narrate an internet documentary that suggests elements of the US government were behind the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Centre.
oh, the HUMANITY!!! charlie SHEEN is going to be SHAMED by our war leaders, too! i don't know what to do in the face of this terrible miscarriage of justice!
i must IMMEDIATELY retract all my evil words regarding this new american hero, don imus, (and his sidekick, charlie) because it turns out, he really IS a victim! oh, woe! how terrible! we MUST let imus have his microphone back! we NEED him to speak out! after ALL, HE is an important media figure.... right? right?
