Right wing shill and "Jeff Gannon" role model Matt Drudge, who launched his career by "breaking" the Monica Lewinsky scandal, may finally "break" the Gannongate story during his live radio broadcast tonight. DEVELOPING...
Miami, Fla. --- Confidential sources inside DRUDGE REPORT say the dapper demimonde is deeply disturbed by fears a "surprise" radio talk show caller might mention Gannongate on his talk show, set for broadcast at 10 p.m. ET Sunday on Clear Channel propaganda outlets in all 50 states.
Insiders say Drudge has been practicing witty rejoinders and invective-laden tirades to divert attention from any such call. Some of the "comebacks" may have been forwarded to him by a highly-placed White House strategist.
Drudge is particularly alarmed that members of the DailyKos.com blog community may infiltrate the open-line talk show to ask embarrassing questions or offer controversial comments.

All hat, no Gannon?
Drudge was reportedly incensed at a recent DailyKos.com diary hinting that a business relationship might tie Drudge with Gannon.
One DRUDGE REPORT insider hints that Drudge will come to the radio program well-armed with a stack of diversionary stories and sidebars, from phony terrorism threats to forced abortions in North Korea to a massive FBI investigation of Paris Hilton's cell phone tap.
"Drudge's assigned task is to convince right wing fascist pigs in all 50 states to shudder in fear of terrorist attacks, massage their private parts for pleasure and pray that God will smite foreign evildoers, all at the same time," the insider said. "That's actually a yoga exercise we call the Karl Rove."
The normally salacious Drudge Report has yet to link a single direct reference to Gannongate despite the fact that the story of a self-promoting prostitute infiltrating the White House with a phony I.D. is a more scintillating bombshell to explode on the Washington media scene than Monica ever was," our source claimed.
"Drudge has embargoed more than 30 "Gannongate" story links sent to us by our nationwide network of media tipsters and neocon touts. Yet despite the embargo, Gannongate is gathering steam in all the major news media," an insider complained.
Some Drudge staffers are wondering whether The Drudge Report is morphing into a new phase.
"We know Matt isn't afraid to bring up gay stories. He tried to claim John Kerry and John Edwards were gay back last July. Some of us are guessing we may shift our focus to promoting administration policies such as No Child Left Behind. Matt wants some of that Armstrong Williams cash, and it's a lot easier to rewrite Karl Rove's policy propaganda than the stuff they send us on Michael Jackson, Howard Dean and Hillary Clinton," the source intimated.
