HEY, ORANGE COUNTY! HAD ENOUGH YET?

Please join us at noon on Sunday, 22 July at UCI, in Irvine, CA. We'll be on the Watson walking bridge above Campus Blvd. - the one linking UCI with University Center - between W. Peltason and Cornell.

Like many of you, we too think it's high time to get visible. That it's not enough to hit the post button on the Internets - we need to hit the streets. That it's not enough to communicate our outrage about the Lawless One and his crimes to our Congresspersons - we need to share it with our neighbors too.

We'll have ready-made signs as well as blank poster board and felt pens. Or bring your own signs. Celebrity participants will include everyone's favorite ardently pro-impeachment Dachshund, Chewie!

  Lauri Waring

  During season 2, Waring becomes engaged on Lake Como to a wealthy Real estate and land developer, George Peterson, who left his wife and kids (with little money)[citation needed] to become engaged to Lauri. Season 2 focused on Waring's relationship with Peterson and the financial improvements to her lifestyle that this upwardly mobile relationship provides her and her children. Lauri identifies herself as a Republican and attends a Republican Party fundraiser as part of George's social obligations while abandoning her kids.

  I started one a couple months ago and it's growing every week.  Today we had about 40 people.  You should go over to DFA and list your event with the other ENOUGH events.

•  Cesspool of Conservatism

  Some parts of the country have 1-2% of people who are conservatives.

  Others have 5-10%.
  Others 10-20%
  Bad areas have 20-30%

  Orange County, CA was one of the few areas in the country where you could genuinely find about 40% of its inhabitants infected with RW conservatism.

  Here in NY we had a place like that called Long Island.  However, it's becoming less conservative over the past 10-15 yrs b/c some of us simply had the gumption to speak truth to power and call these people out for who they truly are.

  I hope the same can happen out there.
