NYC - Meet-Up and Movie for Sun

Hi, this is not an official "meet up", but some NYC dKos would like to get together see "No End in Sight" which as been, well, panned here as promoting the "incompetence" and "mistake" meme, but what the hey, should be interesting and meeting dKos people is always great, so for anyone around tomorrow, i will be at the film forum for the 3:15 screening, my email is

this is the body, usually people put important and well researched facts and opinions here, but all i can say is with the poor state of the msm, documentary film making is sorta like the pamphlets of old, like when the founding fathers published the federalist papers.

        i thought it was good, until i went to catch the train and there was an older, presumably well off couple, he was repeating the narration of the movie to her, she's like stop talking, i was at the movie, then he says, see they were planning post war-Europe two years before D-day and she says things are different now, no planning. i take it they brought the incompetent meme,   which the movie didn't really touch upon, cause it did say why Bushco was so f-up about how they handled post occupation, but by leaving that out, people are thinking Bush and rummy are just assholes, when i'm thinkin' that's not the whole story, but that's for another day. sigh

          The friends I was with were wanting that too, but I don't think we have any rock hard evidence as to WHY these people did/do what they do.
          Someone commented on Saturday; and I agree that some were true believers, some were in it for the money,some are hoping to bring about Armageddon  it all comes together.
