WTF ?

Sat Aug 04, 2007 at 01:58:21 PM PDT

DEMOS GIVE BV$H MORE POWER BY SIGNING ON TOO HIS SO CALLED REFORM (GUTTING) OF THE FISA ACT! ANY DEMOCRAT THAT SIGNED ON TO THIS TRAVESTY IS A TRAITOR TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE  ALLOWING THE TYRANT BV$H AND HIS GANG TO SPY ON ALL OF US WITHOUT A WARRANT? WHERE HAVE THESE IDIOTS BEEN THE LAST 6 YRS.?

I just got reading the recent post "There is something fundamentally wrong here," and many of the over 600+ comments. Like many of these folks I'm more then a little pissed off at the DEMOCRATS for allowing the Congress to somehow give Mr. BV$H more power. It beggars the imagination after all these people have witnessed just in the last few months forget the endless legion of outrages this country has had to endure under the non-leadership of this petty tyrant and his rabble over the last 6 yrs. that they would even consider handing this man and his minions more POWER. To be honest this is in of itself an even worse outrage. Are these COWARDS so craven in their utter spinelessness that they would give these monsters more power to abuse NOW? It sickens me to have to say this but I think its time to realize nobody represents the American people anymore. Were on our own. The Democrats only talk a good game when they want our money and our votes it seems. To do this after all we've been dealt by the fascists that are in power borders on Insanity. When will  the DEMOCRATS think enough is enough with BV$H? Does he have to reach 0% in the polls for them to finally move against him? When are they going to simply say STOP? Can't they READ the POLLS? WTF is wrong with Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi that they would ever allow such a thing to happen? I've concluded that in fact they are his partners not his foes. What other conclusion can one come to when witnessing how they've acted since Nov. of 2006?

  •  Blutodog, I totally understand why you are (6+ / 0-)

reacting with such absolute anger toward the Dem majority in Congress, but I would like to point out that this is exactly what KKKarl f'ng Rove wants us to do.  It's so perfectly KKKarl, it makes me puke.

IMHO, by using the old "Dems are weak on terror if they go to recess without giving the President the tools to protect Americans" ploy, that f'ng Rove sets the agenda.  Dems can either ignore him and get blamed should anything "bad" happen while they're on a break or they can capitulate, causing their base to go crazy, as well as blame THEM for giving these criminals even more power.

All hail KKKarl Rove!  He truly has it working from both ends.  What a genius.  What a traitor.  If we, the people, could just throw him in jail where he belongs, I believe we could undermine their whole process from within and maybe have a chance in hell of restoring our democracy!

keep your eyes and ears open, your finger on the mouse button. fuck karl rove's pretentious meta reality.

you find a primary candidate you can trust and haul ass to get him or her elected, irrespective of party affiliation and disruptive nader-gain-saying appartchicks.

there will be NO simple solution to restoration of democracy. be ready to ride more than one election cycle.

and expect something other than instant gratification??? What???? You mean social change will take blood sweat, tears and persistance?? The powers that be wontjust roll over and die because the democrats had a good 2006 election???
      Oh my God..I was mis-informed....

    •  SIMPLE SOLUTION? (0+ / 0-)

Whose asking for a simple fucking solution? I'm just asking that those Democrats that ran last fall and the others in Congress listen too the American people and not abandon us to the tender mercy of BV$H and his thugs. I'm not asking for anything more then some courage. Do they think giving these people more power is courage? They should be ashamed.

We were warned of the pernicious, cancerous effects of the Military Industrial Complex. It is one 'bird' with two wings: one R and one D. The Congress of Amerika has become a lobbyist paid firewall between corporate fascism and We the people.

Pelosi, asked her to refuse to kneel at bushfuck's feet. No response, just like everyday when I beg for impeachment. Fuck her, Cindy S is looking pretty good to this Californian

    •  impeachment (0+ / 0-)

So Bush gets impeached.  That would make Cheney President.  So we impeach Cheney.  And that would make Nancy Pelosi President.  Do you see at what I am getting?  The GOP would just frame any and all impeachment efforts into a 'they want a Dem to be President at any cost.'

I don't friggin care if BOZO the friggin klown is Pres. just as long as this putz and his gang are gone. I'll deal with whomever ends up Pres. after the fact. We have to deal with the facts as they now are and stop handing more and more POWER to this guy and his gang every time they fart 9/11 out their collective asses. Nancy and Harry aren't listening period! If they think giving into this guy every time he wants something is doing their jobs then maybe we need new leadership!

who got these Democrats elected are, in fact, the Democratic leader's adversaries.  There we are just prodding and demanding that they do things they don't have the motivation or desire to do.  Their job, as they see it, is to get elected again in 2008.
