I am in Arizona and received my mail-in ballot today for the Feb 5th primary. It occured to me that I haven't heard anything about the impact of early voting on the primaries.
I seem to recall that somewhere between 5% and 95% of people used mail-in ballots in the last election (variance depending on which pollster you listen to).
What does this all mean?
How many people in NH voted BEFORE Iowa caucused or Hillary emoted?
What impact does early voting have on big MO?
How can I vote now if Chris Matthews hasn't told me who is going to win based on the South Carolina results that haven't happened yet?
