oh, it started calmly enough:

But then, a faction of his supporters are an undisciplined mob to wit, I give you the Sean Hannity incident. On it's face, at least to us progressive/liberal democrats it was amusing. Let's go to the video:
http://www.liveleak.com/...
But look a bit deeper into that "anger" and indeed our amusement: Would we still have been amused if they had run Hannity to ground and assaulted him?
I say "Stop Ron Paul".
Where is/was his denouncement of this "third world"/rise of "any totalitarian leader" behavior - the video looked more like a mob in an unstable African Nation than a City in the "greatest Democracy in the World" have we, as a citizenry sunk so low that we laugh at a potentially injurious situation to a fellow citizen simply because he is the visible representative of a media outlet and the bullshit it propogates as "news"?
Do we really want someone of Hannity's ilk to be martyred for the 'cause'?
His supporters say, "We are the Republican Party." We have Taken over the Republican Party"
http://www.liveleak.com/...
The caption reads: "...He should feel lucky he didn't get the Hannity treatment"
Stop Ron Paul.
Listen to the mob. They go from "Fox News Suck" to "Hannity, How about an Interview?" to "Scumbag" to "Terrorist" to "We are {blank} Americans and you are not".
Listen to Ron Paul's deafening silence on their behavior. and wonder what will happen at the GOP Convention should their Messiah be snubbed. Will the threat of Convention floor violence from his delegation be in the air? No popcorn please - no return to 1968, when the Chicago police held sawy on the floor. And the streets. It is something we should not want nor revel in if it should occur, for then this Republic, this Democracy will be truly, and permanently dead. We will have become Nigeria. Croatia. A chaotic anarchistic vision where a mercenary army will hold sway.
Stop Ron Paul.
Across the blogosphere, the call for him to denounce this reprehensible behavior. Was met with...Silence.
And, therein lies a difficult question: Where was Law Enforcement?
and for you Ron Paulists: I have yet to make up my mind as to whom I shall support. But I have made up my mind who I will not support. It will not be this unprincipled, winking backfriend. His continued silence on this situation to me is a "tell". A very important "tell".
