For close to a year I've been saying that Michelle is the brains in the family. I heard her speak for the first time last spring at the New Hampshire Democratic Convention and I was truly impressed with her.
But now. this extraordinary woman who's husband is running to be the Nominee of the Democratic Party. This supposedly bright, Democrat can't bring herself to say she'd support Hillary Clinton if Hillary wins the nomination.
I quote:
Could you see yourself working to support the first woman nomination?
OBAMA: I'd have to think about that. I'd have to think about that, her policies, her approach, her tone.
ROBERTS: That's not a given?
OBAMA: You know, everyone in this party is going to work hard for whoever the nominee is. I think that we're all working for the same thing. and, you know, I think our goal is to make sure that the person in the White House is going to take this country in a different direction. I happen to believe that Barack is the only person who can really do that.

Edited to add this: Well low and behold. We have video!
Michelle Obama You remind me of the kid who won't play in the sandbox if he can't be the boss.
Michelle Obama You my dear are not a Democrat
Michelle Obama You may very well be the Republican's best friend.
Michelle Obama You are nothing but an arrogant, slick politician.
Michelle Obama Please leave my Democratic Party to Democrats who support Democrats.
I have pledged countless times to support the nominee of my party.
I am a Democrat first, a Hillary Clinton supporter second.
That is my view of our 2 party system. We align ourselves with the party and people who best represent our core beliefs. We activists align with the party and support other members of our party in their efforts to advance those core beliefs.
If you cannot yourself support the unknown nominee of our party, then you have a nerve asking for our support.
