We have witnessed history. Whatever happens in this election. Whatever happens in the next 20 years of political politics, the line "Shame on you, Barack Obama!" will go down in history.
I compare it in many ways to 1962, when Richard Nixon lost his race for Governor of California to Pat Brown (aka "Jerry's Dad"). Everyone knows the line, "You won't have Nixon to kick around anymore!". I think the "Shame on you..." line will be forever replayed and often quoted. Today's speech showed a rather disturbed women with obvious mental issues. It is like she has extreme bi-polar disorder.
Listening to Nixon's '62 concession speech, he praised Gov. Brown often. Said he was a "good American" and "had a heart". But he would follow that with bizarre comments that Pat Brown not thinking HE was a good American. He leveled into the media about not being fair to him.
The similarities between this campaign of Obama vs. Clinton for the Democratic Nomination and Nixon circa 1962 are eerie. Clinton and her supporters criticize the media for seeming to like Obama better. We all remember the other Clinton quote that she told Matt Lauer on the Today Show 10 or so years ago.
You might even go back to 1960. Nixon was the experienced one. JFK was the golden boy, young and little experience. JFK was Catholic for heavens sake! Only protestants are allowed to occupy the White House.
Watching this woman is like watching a train wreck. If you haven't been able to tell already, I really, really, dislike Hillary. However, even I feel sorry for her and am embarrassed for Chelsea. Must be hard to watch your own mother meltdown in front of the entire world.
