I apologize for a short diary, but there is some news breaking in Ohio and Texas that might signal the Obama campaign's intention to try to end the primary race on March 4th.
From Chuck Todd:
According to a source who tracks TV ad buying, Obama campaign has bought two-minute blocks in every market in both Ohio and Texas on Monday. It's unclear what the content will be, but sounds like it will be some sort of closing message. As we find out more, we'll report more.

I don't see any other political site carrying the information or leaking what might be contained in that two-minute buy. This would have to be a massive expenditure and sure to have tongues wagging all weekend. Obama is certainly proving his capacity to spend and demonstrating his large fundraising purse.
I will update when/if more information becomes available.

Some more details... the ads are to begin running March 3rd, the day before the primaries, statewide in both Ohio and Texas. It will air on the local evening news at 5 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm or 11 pm on most stations. So far, the ads will not run in Vermont or Rhode Island. Stations have not yet received the ad, so content is not yet known.
