I know this is earlier than the regulars like. I know I am messing with a formula that seems to work. But sometimes meatspace gets in the way of my druthers on-line. Just like Mojo Monday was born out of frustration at not getting to mojo it up with y'all because am at work during the feeding frenzy, so too the Early Bird edition is born out of needs as well. I apologize in advance. More about today's topic after the fold, as well as the boiler plate explanations for newcomers.
Today I'd like to find out how you deal with time.
MY REQUESTS:
Be kind, life is hard enough without all you imaginary people busting my chops, too.
Easy on the pictures and You Tube embeds. My computer dates to when Newt Gingrich was Speaker and can be tetchy at times.
Mojo your little hearts out, then come back tomorrow and mojo some more. I check in on Tuesdays, and I'm not seeing the latecomers get what they got coming to them. It strikes me as ironic that I started this as a way to make up for being too late to daytime diaries. Now there are folks getting left behind this one as well. Maybe Mojo Tuesday, the Crack of Dawn is coming soon.
Working on several projects at work I find myself in a time crunch. Usually I try to come in ahead of deadlines so I can fix anything that's not right. When we go to parties I am almost certain to be the first one there if Mrs Deadhead can't impede me enough. Some functions are especially hard, I am still trying to get the hang of CP time. (No explanation will be provided, you either know about it or you don't.)
To quote an old rock band: "Time doesn't pass, it only flows. And if you pay attention you can see where it goes." (From The Billy Pilgrim Blues)
And one more graffiti from Omni magazine (ca 1981) "There is no future in time travel."
Minor detail... next week Mojo Monday will appear on Tuesday, I am spending Monday in the car going to my Game Show audition. Hopefully I will have someone along to read my questions and quiz me while we drive, but that is looking unlikely.
