As spotted over at the NewsDay.com Cycle, Clinton refuses to release her earmarks like Obama and McCain did.
This is yet another troubling trend indicating the amount of secrecy that pervades the Clinton campaign, giving us an idea of how she would run the White House (no differently from Bush, apparently, given his penchant for secrecy and non-transparency).

Saying she supported a moratorium but not agreeing to one and suggesting Clinton is for transparency but providing none, leaves this issue as just one more part of a pattern of Hillary Clinton saying one thing, but doing another. Clinton has refused to put out her tax returns, she will not release records of her time in the White House and her unwillingness to give even the most basic information about the special funding she has requested as a United States senator leaves many Americans wondering what it is she has to hide. On earmarks, is she hiding information about donors she requested earmarks for? The role lobbyists and corporations played in her office as she requested more than a billion dollars for their pet projects? Favors she’s now embarrassed to be associated with?
Just like with her tax returns, I ask this yet again: What is Clinton hiding from us by refusing to release her earmarks?
And better yet, is the MSM going to continue to aggressively follow up on this? They seem to have given up on pestering her about her tax returns.
UPDATE: The Clinton campaign continues to demand that Obama releases records related to the Rezko controversy. Perhaps the Obama campaign should offer to release those records if Clinton would release her tax and earmark records in a countermove designed to expose Clinton's hypocrisy?
