According to Mark Halperin's The Page, on an Obama conference call just now the campaign claims that results of today's conventions netted Obama 7 additional delegates. Link below the fold:

Saturday county conventions being worked hard by Obama and Clinton supporters (and some Edwards folks too) as all seek support for final delegate allocation in head-numbing multi-step process.
In evening conference call, Obama camp claims they’ve won 23 of the 45 pledged delegates at stake — a net gain of 7 since caucuses in early January — while Clinton has lost 1 at 14.
Plus: Democrats abroad also pick their delegates Saturday.
I am guessing the added delegates were former Edwards supporters. Does anyone have any more detail on what happened today in Iowa, and what comes next in the process?
Update: Thanks to Supraman's diary for this link to Iowa Dems page with some results so far:

Update 2: Here is the new Associated Press story on the Iowa results today:

Update 3: From NBC's Chuck Todd:
From NBC's Chuck Todd
We have final delegate allocation estimates directly from the Iowa Democratic Party based on today's 99 county conventions. The results, Obama indeed did gain 7 delegates to up his total from 16 (earned on Jan. 3) to 23 now. Clinton upped her total by 1, from 15 to 16 and Edwards dropped 8 delegates to 6. Those six will be up for grabs, perhaps, at the Iowa Democratic Party state convention in June.
Here's the updated delegate total, counting these new Iowa allocations:
Pledged Count: Obama leads 1,407-1,252
Superdelegates: Clinton leads 253-217
OVERALL TOTAL: Obama leads 1,624-1,505
Todd also makes a great point at First Read - that the Clinton and Mark Penn's trashing of the caucus process probably hurt her in that it may have offended some activists in caucus states. This process could repeat itself as it plays out in other caucus states if the feelings are similar.
