via http://www.politicalbase.com/ where Mark Nickolas writes:
...I thought I'd find and go through one particular schedule that has received a good deal of attention during the presidential race -- Clinton's March 1996 trip to Bosnia -- which was offered by Clinton as evidence of her foreign policy experience. During the Iowa Caucuses, Clinton described that trip as follows:
She said she saved Kosovar refugees by persuading Macedonia to reopen its border. And in a direct jab back at Obama, she recalled visiting Bosnia on a plane that made a tight corkscrew landing to avoid potential attacks. "Somebody said there might be sniper fire," she said, adding tartly, "I don't remember anyone offering me tea on the tarmac."
Putting aside the fact that Sheryl Crow and the comedian Sinbad accompanied Clinton on this trip, here's a closer examination of that trip based on her schedule (if you want to see the actual schedule, click here and go to pages 467-473):
7:05 am Departs Ramstein, Germany

3:45 pm- Show for Troops (with Sinbad and Sheryl Crow)
4:45 pm

So, Clinton spent all of a morning and afternoon in Bosnia.
Her visit consisted of a 10-minute meeting with the "acting president," a roundtable discussion with the ambassador and some "notables," a short meeting with some NGOs, tours of two American military camps, and then participating in a one hour show for the troops.
That's her experience and the scary visit she described in Iowa? Seriously?
