While its a known fact that Hillary handily beats Obama in the female vote, this is also borne out in the fundraising.
An interesting fact that was unknown to me until now, is that McCain gets almost 3/4 of his donations from men.
Obama gets 58.6%... and a respectable 41.4% from women.

Its always struck me that while you can't tell a hell of a lot about a politicians chances from their primary results in a state, you can probably tell more about a candidates depth of support by their fundraising.
When it comes down to their demographics of their fundraising, I'd say you get somewhere between a pretty and very accurate picture of the support in specific demographics
McCains support within women, is clearly paper thin.
I was honestly shocked to see the 28% female gender break on McCain's fundraising. What it tells me is that the female vote is the weakpoint for McCain that is currently not widely being hammered on.
I do have confidence in Obama in the General, but I do hope he looks at the same data that I do and hammers on the issues that women care about, so as to suppress the female Republican vote.
You simply cannot win if you have numbers these poor with women voters.
