that she is the likely democratic nominee after she had successfully persuaded Congress to admit Mexico as a state/territory with voting rights. This she believes will allow her to come close to erasing Obama’s pledge delegate lead and will propel her to a clear popular vote lead.
However, several hours later, she backed away from this plan after the government of Mexico voted to hold caucuses and not a primary. Hillary stated "sadly I guess Mexico will not count after all."
On the serious front, it appears that her nomination has been declared dead, time of death approximately 11:00PM CST on May 6, 2008.
