The Hill is reporting on a "clerical error" involving the vote in the House to override the President's veto of the Farm Bill that lacked Title III of the bill:

A constitutional debate erupted over the farm bill Wednesday night after it was revealed that a portion of the bill was omitted from the version President Bush vetoed.
Republicans questioned the constitutionality of overriding the President’s veto of an incomplete bill. The House had already voted to override veto in a 316-108 vote.
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) called the omission of Title III of the farm bill a "clerical error," but said that it was an error that could easily be corrected by the separate passage – in both the House and the Senate – of Title III of the bill. Hoyer said that portion could be passed under a fast-track rule Thursday.
Republicans instantly disagreed.
Sorry for the hit and run, but I wanted to get this up here.
