As many of you know, Frank is running a weekly series. Every Wednesday we will select one topic from the candidates' lists of issue and examine what the campaigns themselves have to say on the subject. We've already covered the Economy and Iraq, and now we're addressing Education. We're boiling it all down to the actual plans themselves, no rhetoric allowed. Feel free to check out either side's website to see for yourself.
