Today is a memorial day and generally a day off from work. Today is a great day to get some fitness in.
And well I have some thoughts this morning.

Let me start with a story, yesterday I went for a run around my neighborhood. I ran to the local high school tract and decided to some laps. As I was running some laps about 2/3 of the way thorough I started to seriously tire and thought of just stopping. I however looked down and saw that I was wearing my "Democrats kick ass" sticker. And pushed on.
To me there is no greater motivation then representing the democratic party. Democratic pride helps improve Democratic positive ratings. Talking with someone is the best way to get a political message, so why not multi task? I like using my "Support the Democratic congressional canddiate
I want pictures of you in your democratic gear, prefeerably exercising but anything will do.
The most often activity on memorial day, according to my local news is going to the beach. (Fitness: walking and swimming)

tip of the day. Stay hydrated its ok to split your workout when it gets really warm outside to avoid heatstroke.
