An appeals court has reversed the convictions of David Safavian on obstruction of justice charges related to the Abramoff scandal.

Looks like he could be re-tried on some of the charges, but the court would have to admit some evidence that got excluded the first time around.
Time will tell whether DOJ will try again, but reminding people of Abramoff as Election Day draws closer can't be bad for Democrats.
