Previewing his meeting with Obama, Iraqi Prime Minister al-Maliki was interviewed by Speigel, a German magazine. In interview Malaki stated, for the first time, that he supports Obama's withdawal proposal that U.S. troops should leave Iraq within 16 months.
"U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama talks about 16 months. That, we think, would be the right timeframe for a withdrawal, with the possibility of slight changes."
When asked whether this means that he prefers Obama's 16 months plan to McCain's 100 year plan, Maliki was rather blunt:
"Whoever is thinking about the shorter term is closer to reality. Artificially extending the stay of U.S. troops would cause problems."

Shouldn't that be enough for McBush siamese twins to get a clue? Not yet, McBush insisted just this morning that:
"Apparently, [Obama’s] confident enough that he won’t find any facts that might change his opinion or alter his strategy. Remarkable."

Remarkable indeed.
To McBush' twins' frustration, Obama's judgement in foreign policy is getting some serious traction. Bush's aquiesance to "negotiating with terrorists" from "axis of evil" in North Korea & Iran, McSame's quick stealing of Obama's idea of new military brigades in Afganistan, reported ammasment of US troop on the Pakistani border... Now Iraq PM unequivocally endorses Obama's withdrawal plan. Right in McSame's face...
All in the last few weeks. All Obama's strategic decisions being adapted or endorsed.
Talking about the judgement.
Who is leading and who is being led here? Who is a true national security candidate here?
