Well Beijing 2008 is nearly over, and it's time for us here in London to welcome you to the 30th Olympics.
So what can you expect in a city of 300 languages, 200 cultures?
Firstly, everyone has seen the Birds Nest stadium, a shining example of China's new found strength in the world, well in London you'll going to find the first recyclable Olympic stadium.
Come the games will have a 80,000 seat stadium, great views and all you'll expect from an Olympic stadium, but after the games, the top tier will be taken down and moved, maybe to Chicago in 2016, or to another stadium in the UK. The outside wrap will be recycled as clothing, bags and other material goods.
Secondly the Olympic park, 200 acres of open park land, and for the Olympics, 200,000 people will be allowed into Olympic park for about £10 a day, 100's of screens and events will be available for the public to come in and just watch and be part of the games. Post 2012, it'll become London's newest park, with all the sports facilities used for the games handed to the public of London to use.
The Olympics in London will be every different, more fun, more in touch with the city it's being held in, and more relaxed.
