No he is not gay, but he is turning in to a Obama-supporter. I recommend reading this http://www.washingtonpost.com/... .
I think this highlights the situation with a lot of Hillary supporters. They did everything they could for her, they lived for Hillary 24/7 and they did not get the Obama popularity. Wolfson finally gets it after visiting the convention and I believe him, I think he honestly haven`t had time to watch and see Obama with a neutral eye until now. I also think this is the situation with several Clinton backers and supporters, I think I could see Ed Rendell at Invesco field and he looked like enjoyed Obamas speech a lot and there probably are several others out there. McCain might have stolen Obamas "time" with the Palin pick, but the long-term effect of his speech will be present, I think the party is united and that Obama can add several dozen surrogates (former Clinton backers) to his list, this is important because we need them to fight as hard as they did for Hillary.
If you look at how the surrogates defended Hillary I think we need people like Wolfson on our side, I talked a lot of BS but he did it well. No matter how bad the situation was for Hillary, he made it sound like she was ahead. The same thing with Mcauliffe which I also think is heading our way. One thing Obama-campaign could learn from the Hillary-campaign is to have as many surrogates as possible on the morning and sunday shows to state his case. They should use people from the campaign, but also people that supported Hillary earlier. I also think it would be a good idea if they had a "woman-team" with Hillary Clinton as the most important surrogate. The way to win the woman vote (which Obama does at this point) is to show the differences on important issues, show how much Clinton wants Obama to win and to show how strong woman Michelle Obama actually is. Remember that Michelle Obamas approval rating "went through the roof" after the convention, using her as much as possible is a good idea.
I really enjoyed reading what Wolfson had to say, it sounded like he actually had to struggle a bit with his support for Obama but that the convention week helped a lot, I bet there are many people out there who feel the same way.
