What kind of broken discourse do we have in this country? It is less than two months until the election and the press is not going to be allowed to interview the VP candidate from Alaska.
Where is the outrage from the press? Where are the Democrats? Is anybody out there?
Does the press hold back when a person of interest like Brittany Spears asks to be left alone? Not on your life. How much affect does Spears narrative have on an average Americans life? Little to none. But the next possible Vice President affects all of the country and arguably the whole world.
AND THE PRESS IS SITTING ON THEIR HANDS!
IF Palin wants the job she should allow herself to be "interviewed for the job" by the press NOW! If she can't face questions now, how can it be argued that she will be ready in January to step into the Oval office if something were to happen to John McCain. So Press get out your microscopes and get the answers the Public needs and deserves.
And Democrats, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Every time a microphone or tv camera is stuck into the face of a democrat the first thing out of your mouth should be the question "Why is John McCains VP choice afraid to talk on record? What does he and she have to hide?" Hammer it home again and again.
Follow up with this statement: " John McCain's first major decision was to select governor Palin as his runningmate and he doesn't even trust his decision enough to allow his VP choice to talk candidly to the American People, how can the American People trust any other decisions he might make as President?"
So, Press be the hounds of truth that you have been in the past and scrutinize this VP candidate for the good of the country.
And Democrats ask what are Sarah Palin and John McCain afraid to talk about. Do it like a broken record
