I am perplexed that the Dems are allowing the Rethugs to frame the debate that seems to now be between Obama and Palin. They need to stop this now! More over the fold....
As long as everyone is talking about Palin, obviously then attention is off McCain-it has to be put back on him.
This is a response that I think Obama and his campaign should use-on one hand, push her out of the picture, make her irrelevant so that she becomes irrelevant to the MSM and on the other hand, make sure that all Americans actually consider what it would be like if G-d forbid, she had to be President:
Until the time that Governor Palin feels that she is prepared enough to be interviewed and questioned directly, we do not feel that it is appropriate to discuss her at all. What we do know is that the majority of Americans are scared of a potential vice-president who could be President who is opposed to allowing a woman who has been raped and is pregnant to make the decision about her pregnancy herself. Regarding the merits of her past experience, if McCain was elected to the presidency, do you think that Governor Palin is qualified to be the President of the United States?
I would love to hear any other responses that they could use. Governor Palin needs to be framed as a non-factor.
