I had been banking on him endorsing Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party, but he's also bringing Barr of the Libertarian Party, Cynthia Mckinney of the Greens, and even Ralph Nader, of Ralph Nader's ego, along for the ride.

A spokesman for Mr Nader, who has polled up to 6 per cent public support according to one poll earlier in the summer, said that Mr Paul shared a large number of common positions with the third party candidates. But the spokesman refused to be drawn on whether Mr Paul would either join a third party ticket or explicitly endorse Mr Nader or another candidate.
The spokesman said that Mr Nader and Mr Paul shared a common revulsion for the US's "illegal wars", the "multi-billion bail-out of corporations", the "trashing of the US constitution by both parties", restrictions on civil liberties and the "illegal wire-tapping" of American phones and e-mail.
I find it odd he didn't just choose one candidate. It probably would have been more effective, but it seems like he's going for a total repudiation of the two party systems. If I didn't fear the GOP so much I'd cheer him on.
I'm not sure how this affects Obama. I'm inclined to say it will help him in places like Montana and Georgia, where Baldwin and Barr should do well, but Nader's shenanigans in Ohio kind of have me worried.
