Frank Luntz just made a "prediction" on Neil Cavuto's show on Fox. He claimed that at some point during the VP debate, Sarah Palin will look Joe Biden straight in the eye and say, "Senator, don't patronize me." He then predicted women everywhere would stand up and cheer for her.
Since Luntz's main job is to feed Republicans specific words and phrases designed to help them win elections and define political issues in terms that are useful to the GOP, I wouldn't bet against him when he makes a prediction like this. In fact, given how specific and certain he was, and given his influence over the GOP's messages and phraseology, I'd be surprised if Palin doesn't use exactly those words at some point during the debate.
I want this diary to serve as historical evidence that this phrase, should it be uttered during the VP debate, was planned in advance, and in no way reflects Palin's true feelings about whatever Joe Biden had just said to her. If she uses this phrase, it should only serve as further evidence that Sarah Palin is a phony who's willing to say whatever her handlers tell her to say.
