I've been watching this race from far away for a while, but in the last week, I've been focusing in -- and it seems like a lot of big-hitters have been too. Let's quickly refresh our memories after the jump...and figure out what it all means.
So, last Thursday, Sharen Neuhardt got picked up by the DCCC "Red to Blue" program. Weekend weather made her decide to cancel her planned political activities and help rebuild. Then on the 17th, Gov. Strickland endorsed in a big way. Same day as the big Strickland endorsement, EMILY's List endorses, too. Two days later, the Lieutenant Governor endorses and CQ Politics upgrades the race rating!
I'm exhausted just from linking. So what does this all mean? That it's time to help out. Between the Strickland endorsement and the EMILY's List endorsement, not a single Hillary Clinton supporter should be on the sidelines any more. Here's a woman who's got strong credentials on strengthening the economy, who's been out in the community literally rolling up her sleeves to help out people who are struggling, who understands where we come from and where we want to go, and who has the smart, strong campaign that can finally turn this district blue.
