I can't help but think John McCain is going to replace Sarah Palin. It is going to look like Sarah made the decision on her own, but I believe McCain and his advisors are feverishly trying to figure out a way to dismiss her without suffering severe backlash from a lot of people.
I found it interesting that she was no where near the debate or the media to put any type of spin on the debate. Being in a bar in Philly was the most ridiculous thing ever. I'm thinking that the change is going to happen right after the debate with Biden, depending on how it goes. McCain, in my opinion, will then replace her with Giuliani. As an election stunt, picking Palin was an ok move. The only problem is that she truly is clueless. I don't think anyone realized that prior to picking her. Even though I would never have voted for McCain-Palin, I was actually happy that he chose a woman. This woman, however, was a huge mistake. She definitely is no Hillary Clinton! I know that that was what McCain thought was going to reel in the Hillary voters, however Hillary voters are not stupid enough to look only at the fact that Palin is a woman to throw their votes his way. The more she opens her mouth, the more everyone realizes what a mistake McCain made. Cafferty put it best: If people aren't afraid that she is one 72-year old's heartbeat away from the Presidency, they sure as hell should be!
POLL UPDATE: Laura Bush seems to be holding her own in the poll..LOL...at least she was honest enough to admit that Palin had no foreign policy experience!
