Hello fellow Kos diarist! I almost lost my internet connection and I thought OH NO! I need my online community! LOL. Anyhow I got it back. I need to rewind a few days and think back to when McCain suspended his campaign.  I guess it depends on what the word suspend means. That morning watching MSNBC (shout out to Mr. Shuster)I saw Mr.McCain supposedly suspending his campaign and rushing back to DC. Although he wasnt really rushing back per David Letterman. I was in shock! Couldn't believe it! Gimme a break! All this to cover for Ms. Palin? and her sucky interview with Katie Couric? No way! I mean I'm a conspiracy theoris but c'mon.

So all day my back was aching. Here we go again. The hoopla. The craziness! The media sucking up every minute due to ratings. I mean I read the NY Times. I knew about Mr Rick "Fannie Mac" Davis. I knew about the sinking polls. I knew about Ms. Palin going "mano on mano" with another women, Ms. Couric, and coming out on the losing end and I mean REALLY on the losing end. I found myself screaming at the radio with my kids in the car. This idiot! He thinks we cant see thru this?? Then reality set in and I thought maybe, just maybe, America will fall for this. OMG! My back was really hurting.

I needed something! Not Motrin. Not Advil. Not freaking' Wolf Blitzer acting like this suspension thing was somehow legitimate. I needed Barack Obama. Yeah Baby!!!...and did he deliver.

The debate was like morphine for a person just out of surgery. He told John, yup thats right JOHN, you're WRONG!  Not Senator, Not Mr. McCain, Not sir...but John.  He made it personable. I agree with you on this but not THAT!. You got a bracelet, well guess what sucker, so do I!! You say watch what you say, but YOU are the one singing war songs! You're the one hung up on Vietnam. You're in fact, John, the one who doesn't understand. It was an instant cure. The future, not the past. Right versus wrong. Calm versus erratic. Democratic versus Republican. Sucker I ain't backing down!

He didnt cream him. Not our Obama. He'll hold his fury for just a bit more. C'mon John you cant do 2 things at one time? I was on the phone with the Hill, holding rallies in Florida, approving campaign ads and maintaining my demeanor during the so-called economic crisis. You, John, you were ALL over the place experiencing a mental breakdown. Need some Valium John?

Go Obama!!
ps...really not looking O in the eye?? Are you scared, John??

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

I never feel negative about Obama's campaign strategies because they have always without fail worked.  But just thinking this would revolve around foreign policy I was getting upset because I know they were going to yell "surge surge surge"  "POW.POW.POW".

Well McCain tried and totally stunk.  Soon as he said "when I was in the war..." the snap poll line sunk straight down on the independents and Dems, and even surprisingly the Repubs.

He fell right into his cartoon character persona, that he seems to be the only one left not in on the joke.  Verb, noun, POW.
