Kansas City Star:
The commission hopes to have its May deadline extended to July to squeeze in all the public hearings it plans. Two days of hearings with top Bush administration officials are planned next month. Bush, Cheney, former President Clinton and former Vice President Al Gore are tentatively scheduled for private sessions.
As was discussed yesterday here, there's a suggestion that Gore should publicly declare that he believes he should be speaking under Oath in front of the 9/11 Commission, and by reference suggest that all do so.
