WA Gov: Gregoire Goes after Dino in new ad.

Gregoire has come out swinging against her upcoming opponent Dino Rossi.  In 2004 Gregoire and Rossi took it down to the wire, with Gregoire winning on the third recount of the election.   One of Rossi's main attack lines was that Democrats are bad for business.  

Hey Dino, back at you buddy, how do you like them apples?

Go Gregoire.

  I didn't vote for Gregoire in 04 (I didn't vote for Rossi either) but i damn sure will this time around.

  new voters, especially young people.  In spite of the national Dem wave that appears on the horizon, that last WA gov. race was astoundingly tight - I don't want to take any chances.

  I hope Gregoire continues to be assertive.  A prime reason for the 2004 cliffhanger was that she ran such a piss-poor campaign.  The crappiness included her failure to highlight the real wingnuttery behind Rossi's smarmy grin and meaningless babble.

  With the maturation of the Washington left-blogosphere, that won't happen this time.

    Of all the races this November across the country, this is one of the biggest. We have to defeat this punk-ass Bush clone.

    That's what Gregoire failed to do in 2004 - link Rossi to Republicans and to Bush. Hopefully she will do it this time, with help from the WA blogs.

  She hasn't saved my Sonics.

  She hasn't made strides for Education.  I'm a teacher and I had high expectations for her on this one.  But, on the other hand, she stopped the hemorraging.  So, some points there.

  That said, with a second term, she ought to do better.

  I'll vote for her again.
