GBCW! No more DKos for me!

For tonight.

Due to the fact that I am a student at Central Michigan University, and that I have classes which are scheduled to begin each Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30, 11, and 12:30, and that in my 12:30 class I have an exam (on Federal Income Taxation!), and that before attending my first class I generally like to practice good hygiene and consume nutritious breakfast food, I have decided that I am leaving Daily Kos for the night.

    This was the third time we've had classes cancelled. They were cancelled last Tuesday morning b/c of a snowstorm and a couple weeks ago due to a power outage.

              I manage a branch for a very large public library system on one of the big coast cities.
              It's a second career for a lot of people. And there are accredited schools where you can work towards your degree without even going on campus.

              I pretty much hate public service. Some of my patrons I like. But I like running the place. Makes it easier. But I pretty much love everything else about my job. As I say often, it's so much nicer before we open the doors and let the people in.
