From ABC news in Denver:
DENVER -- The Denver police union is selling T-shirts that poke fun at protesters at last month's Democratic National Convention, but the main target isn't laughing.
The back of the shirts reads, "We get up early to beat the crowds" and "2008 DNC," and has a caricature of a police officer holding a baton.

As if having blatant disregard for civil rights isn't bad enough, the Denver police union is actually celebrating it. Someone should be fired for this, and apologies should be made. Cops who believe they have the right to beat people cannot be tolerated. Any Denver residents want to call and complain? How can we make this a national story?
