One of the things I've always loved about Obama is his passion to reason things out and do what's right. To just really think things through, and study them before acting.
I think that's a valuable trait for anyone.
Lately, I've questioned Senator Clinton's rash and unquestioning support of something called HOLC.

I think it needs to be studied. It's a different world now. We can't pretend things are the same.
I've asked myself, "Why, Senator Clinton do you want to implement something that would just turn more republicans against you, don't you understand you lost because we had to have someone who wouldn't motivate republicans to get out and vote against Dems as much as you do, WHEN, oh WHEN, Senator Clinton will you learn?"
Anyway, that's why I have so much respect for Obama who made this statement:
It is the right thing to do to change our bankruptcy laws so that people have a better chance of staying in their homes and we're not seeing communities devastated all across the country. We should encourage Treasury to study the option of buying individual mortgages like we did successfully in the 1930's.
It's that kind of willingness to take a step by step approach towards helping people that I admire.
We need more studies like this.
I would like to commend Obama for making the right call on this issue.
