Come on, if I've come up with the frame for this, how come nobody else is?

Hours ahead of the vice presidential debate, Sen John McCain (R-Ariz.) criticized the selection of PBS' Gwen Ifill as moderator because she is writing a book called "The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama."
"Frankly, I wish they had picked a moderator that isn’t writing a book favorable to Barack Obama — let's face it," McCain said on "Fox & Friends." "But I have to have to have confidence that Gwen Ifill will handle this as the professional journalist that she is. ...
"Life isn’t fair, as I mentioned earlier in the program.""
Life isn't fair - that a black moderator is moderating a debate?
Isn't McCain basically saying, "Life isn't fair... I wish they had picked a moderator that was white?"
The title of the book is "The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama". It's taking the story of Barack Obama and extending it to cover a whole new generation of black politicians who are doing similar things in different ways.
Look at this book jacket quote closely. Nobody would look at this twice if, say, Bob Woodward were the person writing the book. The subject of the book is Obama and black politicians. Not the author. It's about Obama.
Nobody knows what the book is about. Obama is in the title, and it's about him. So was "A Woman in Charge," and ask Hillary Clinton how that one turned out.
Is this the first time that a political candidate - NOT a surrogate, NOT a right-wing talk show nut job - basically called a member of the press a Barack Obama supporter SIMPLY because of her race?
Please, I'm begging you, somebody call this what this is. McCain blatantly, racist-ly, playing the race card in an perverted effort to make Ifill have to play nice with Palin.
