Okay, so do other GOoPers, especially the ones who trained Palin with all the anti-government rhetoric. That notion that government is always bad has stuck in my craw.

Some governments, politicians, and government employees are bad. But, by and large, in America we have good governance, decent politicians, and hard working employees.
So this line that Sarah Palin uttered tonight annoys me: "Patriotic is saying, government, you know, you're not always the solution. In fact, too often you're the problem."
The last time I read the U.S. Constitution (and that was a minute ago) it started "We the People" meaning the we are the government and the government is us. Saying it is "patriotic" to hate government, means you hate us, the American people.
Why would I want to cast a vote for someone who hates me?
(Rhetorial question, I've already cast my early ballot for Obama-Warner-Moran)
