Is this Blinky McSmarypant's biggest FLIP FLOP in the History of Flip Flops?
I was against her before I was for her?
I was read this morning about McBlinky's interview in Florida. He basically panders to Floridians by lamenting that he didn't put Crist on his ticket. He says Palin was a tough call.
Is he regretting his horrible decision? Sounds like it to me. I know he didn't exactly say that, but what is the SUBTEXT??
If the subtext amounts to regret or even smells of regret, why isn't this a HEADLINE? We should be pouncing on this like my mom grabbing a Cosmo at a martini bar.
Regretting his MOST IMPORTANT DECISION of the campaign is HUGE. This will throw the Republican base off its rocker (well, further off, which is maybe over the edge?). These idiots "love" Palin, and McSmarmy's defection would be tantamount to the betrayal of a boyfriend. Okay, a way older boyfriend, but a boyfriend nevertheless.
How does this work for Democrats? This is the biggest FLIP FLOP in the History of Flip Flops.
I was against her before I was for her?
Poor decision-making; expediency trumping deliberation; flash over substance; stunt vs. stability.
I only hope I will see the media or the blogosphere take this and RUN with it -- as far and fast and hard as can be ridden at this point in the campaign.
What have we got to lose?
Do I have to elaborate?
