It would be interesting to accumulate a lot of data as to healthcare costs to shove up John McCain's butt.
I own a small business, three employees, and I pay the health insurance of my employees as part of their compensation. Since I can get on a group plan, the health insurance for me, my wife, and my child is $1,147 per month. If I wasn't on a group plan, it would be $1,500 per month from the same provider. That's $18,000 a year, and doesn't include dental or life insurance.
What's your story? Does anyone out there have a healthcare provider that can give the coverage you really need for a family of four for $5,000 a year?
McCain is so out of touch, he has never had to go look at healthcare for his family. He has no idea what is covered, not covered, etc, on standard plans. He says you can get healthcare for $5,000 a year if you don't want a "Cadillac" plan that covers things like hair plugs (a not too veiled shot at Joe Biden). What does this wrinkled up old bastard consider Cadillac that isn't a snarky remark?
