Please, Don't worry Barack, we've got the field. We know that this is an important time for you and for your family. We know that what your doing is what any person would be doing at this point in time. Yesterday Joe said some amazing stuff about you... that guy really has a mouth, and well, he summed it all up.
"It’s going to be a long trip for him, a long trip emotionally and a long trip physically,” Biden said at a rally in Colorado. “And so keep him in your prayers, because his grandmom who — and grandpop who raised him — is, is not doing well and is not expected to live. And so it’s an emotional journey he’s on, but I think it’s the mark of the man that, right up to the very end here, he knows his priorities. His priorities [are] to take leave and go see his mother who raised him.”
I buried my grandfather in January. He passed after 94 years as a proud democrat on this green earth, and I do wish he had the chance to vote for you before he left for a better place.
I know how hard it is to say goodbye; all of my grandparents have passed. Please, for a day, leave the circus behind and do what you need to do to be right by you.
We've got it down over here. We'll work, don't worry. We'll make calls, and We'll knock doors, we'll call our neighbors, we'll continue to do all these wonderful inspired things you asked us to, and for the next several days, we'll work even harder, make that extra call, make that extra block, because we know we're carrying you in this time of need.
You do what you need to do Barack, we've got it over here. You're in our prayers Barack, please, be safe on your trip. And kiss Toot for us.
With Love
