Robin Hayes has already spent millions throwing every charge, personal attack and deception he can invent at Larry Kissell in their targeted race in North Carolina. Now he's digging deep for more.
Not satisfied with the millions already spent by his disgraceful re-election campaign based exclusively on smearing and defaming a high school civics teacher, the Federal Election Commission now reports that the embattled five-term incumbent Republican has just secured a $250,000 bank loan to keep his attacks coming in the final days leading up to this election.
It's shocking that Hayes, a multi-millionaire and the fifth richest member of Congress, has the chutzpah to secure such a loan at an unprecedented time of credit scarcity and hardship for American workers and entrepreneurs, many of whom can't secure loans necessary for homes, cars, college tuition, new businesses, inventory or even payroll.
Few average people or struggling small businesses could obtain such a loan in this market. Yet, Robin Hayes sees no problem reaching into the shrinking credit pool and dipping out a big chunk for himself just to turn up the volume on his deceptive smear campaign against Larry Kissell.
Let's help Larry out, folks. He is a decent and honorable man and will be a great public servant. He deserves our generous support in his race against the increasingly desperate Robin Hayes.
