"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us"

I love Davis Guggenheim's work and I thought the 30 minute ad was effective and reinforced the message of Sen. Obama.
Because I am in Vienna, I woke up this morning watched American Stories, American Solutions and then dove into the reviews, the coverage, etc....
At New Republic.com on Jason Zengerle's blog, I stumbled into this 3 minute ad profiling one of the volunteers in the campaign.
There have been many ads, films, and stuff this cycle. I have finally stumbled on to my favorite.
I think this is one of the most powerful ads I have seen and about three quarters of the way through I found myself crying while I was watching it.
Judge it yourself. It's extremely powerful. Try to send it to your parents, friends, etc.
I realize these last few days are difficult and illuminating.
We are optimistic, tired, worried, excited and ready for Tuesday.
We know that power won't cede easily. You could tell that from Tom Delay last night on Hardball. Although my favorite and I feel the most effective surrogate Debbie Wasserman Shultz pwned Delay. When Tom Delay is trying to act as the voice of reason and judgment you know the GOP is running a 20th century campaign in the 21st.
I feel good, but I know there will be lots of slime these last days. Lets remember why we all got involved in this campaign at the beginning. We believed that Barack Obama was a once in a century figure that could carry our message to America.
Remember that. We are what is making this happen. Every last one of us. Every phone call, every email, every door we knock on, every conversation we have with a friend, family member or co-worker.
This is our campaign and we need to push it these last days.
