Barack spoke to a huge and excited crowd of supporters and volunteers in Henderson, Nevada this morning.
When Obama asked who had already voted...
However, he reminded us that the job is not done. There is plenty more work that needs to happen (hint, hint) from now until Election Day -- just 3 days from now -- to bring about real change.
So, the event was also used to organize hundreds of volunteers for the first day of get out the vote.
More eye candy after the fold...
Harry Reid introduced the Senator from Illinois.
The crowd covered much of the football field at Coronado High School.
Obama urged the crowd to volunteer.
Can you feel the love?
Obligatory ginormous crowd shot:
I've been away from my girls for 5 weeks now... so this view in the crowd made me smile:
After the rally, hundreds of volunteers organized on the soccer field for canvasing 101.
Union members showed up in force...
Along with people from all walks of life, including many young people.
Energy was high and also festive.
Nevada turning blue? Music to my ears.
It has been a fantastic experience volunteering for the campaign this past 5 weeks. As Barack says, this campaign is not about him -- it's about us and we've got just three days to make it happen. So, please, PLEASE, volunteer near you to help change America for the better.
