If Obama wins big in the the early East/Southern states, specifically Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, the western GOP may become demoralized and not turn out to vote. That might tip the scale in several states, including North Dakota, Montana, and even Arizona, putting Obama over 400 delegates.
