3:55am Eastern - Don't write off Mark Begich yet. The race is still tight and there are certainly votes out there. I am headed off to get some shut-eye. Thanks for following, I will update in the morning.
There are about 8,000 absentee/early voting ballots that will not be counted tonight, they will be counted in about 10 days. Ted Stevens said tonight that the counting will not be done until November 21st.
A shout out to all my Alaskan neighbors! My heartfelt Thanks to everyone who did GOTV and volunteered for Mark Begich, Ethan Berkowitz, and of course, Barack Obama. Thanks for staying up late to watch Alaska results.
Thank you FleetAdmiralJ for coordinating this live blogging project.
