Regardless of how I feel about Caroline Kennedy becoming the next Junior Senator from New York, one of her critics is really starting to annoy me -- Representative Peter King, a Bushbot Republican from New York's 3rd District. King is gearing up to run for the seat in 2010 and has been all over cable-land sniping at Kennedy. And it needs to be said: he should just shut the frak up and stop embarrassing himself.
Peter King hasn't gotten the message yet. So let me say it clearly: the American people don't want your kind around anymore. When it comes to a Senate seat in a state like New York, loudmouthed Bush-Republicans need not apply.
Peter King doesn't understand yet that he is a pariah. Voters are not about to forget what Bush and his supporters wrought. This country has been crippled and the world endangered. Needless deaths. Rampant corruption. King should be hanging his head in shame, not angling for the Senate.
If you voted with Bush 88.8% of the time, go away. If you voted against working people, go away. If you're an apologist for warrantless wiretapping, go away. If you think this country "has too many mosques", go away. If you think Bill Ayers was an important issue in the last presidential election, go away.
King may be in a safe conservative district, but he won't moving up. His political philosophy is dead and the deeds of his party have been rebuked by this nation. Why is Peter King on my TV, hoping for a promotion? Go Away, loser.
