Royalism

Castro has given power to his brother. Kim Il Sung and Heifaz Assad gave it to their sons...is there any reason to doubt that that's why Chuck Windser-Montbatten is going to be King of England?
So Fidel Castro is leaving office and is not going out in a box. There's a reason for that. He's old and sick and he's given the to his brother Raul, who's to his left and will keep the cult going. Communist Royalty passing on the torch to the only person who they could really trust. More communist Royaty.
In the jungles of Africa, Lions taking over a pride would kill the offspring of the lions they had displaced, and in ancient times, kings would do the same to the children of rival princes. That's why a century ago, most of the world was ruled by a bunch of inbred morons. You can't trust anyone outside the family.
When Stalin died in 1953, he had two suriving kids, Visali and Svetlana. Visali was immediately thrown in prison and Svetlana was kicked out of her fancy flat and had to move into something much smaller. Two years later, they threw down his statues and apologized for much of what he did. Shortly later, Visali was dead and Svetlana had defected to the west.
Most dictators in the world remember that. That's why they love nepotism. A prince can promise a better future, but he cannot promise a new regime, The old bastards know that, which is why they promote their families. The sisters, cousins and aunts know that if Mr. Big goes, so do they.
Dynasties have a sense of entitlement. Bobby Kennedy thought that since his brother had been murdered, the presidency was the family's personal property. Benezir Bhutto was thrown out by her syncophants because of the fights between her and her mother on who actually OWNED Pakistan. That's why she killed her brother, who was damanding he get his due.
Bush has destroyed his father's legacy and dynastic ambitions, Bill Clinton has severely damaged his own by trying to establish his own.
Long live the republic!
