The Betting Money's Now On Obama

I'm not a betting man. But I have given my $106.02 to the next president of the United States, Barack Obama.
Looks like this is only the second time that Obama has been shown the wager-leader. The last time was the day before the NH Primary. I know, I know, but he hung on for South Carolina, and won BIG. Then he matched the Clinton-machine, delegate for delegate, vote for vote, and BEAT her on number of states. AND, won some distinctively non-Dem regions, as well.
Finally, a clear indication of who actually WON on Tuesday. You may scoff at this diary, but the people I trust to predict the primary outcome, are the ones putting their big money where their big mouths are.
As well, of course, the ones putting their little money where their big mouths are.............like me.
Caveats for the Clinton-lovers..........
Intrade markets, for those unfamiliar, are aggregations of public perceptions. They tell you not whether Obama or Clinton is more electable, but whether or not people think they are electable. And while a reliance on collective wisdom can often prove wrong (Obama, after all, was predicted on Intrade to win the New Hampshire primary), oftentimes it is right. In 2006, Intrade markets foretold every individual Senate race result, though its traders predicted the GOP would keep the Senate.
