HRC's latest rationale for nomination: "I've Carried All the Panhandles"

Hillary Clinton's campaign announced a new rationale for Democrats to nominate her. Having conceded that she will not end the primaries with the most elected delegates, or most popular votes, or the most superdelegates, or the most states, or with polls showing her leading among Democrats or doing better against McCain, her latest speech in Scranton set forth the following:
"My fellow Americans, nobody has been elected President without carrying the all-important Panhandle vote.
"I've carried the Oklahoma panhandle. I've carried the Texas panhandle. I've carried the Alaska panhandle. I'm going to carry Erie county in Pennsylvania and Wheeling in West Virginia. I've carried the Florida panhandle and both Michigan peninsulas. I've carried the Cape in Massachussetts. I've carried the Idaho panhandle. I've carried Long Island. That part of Maryland that sticks out....whatever it is, I've carried that.
"It's time that the country stop disenfrachising the Panhandle Vote."
