All the reasons why Clinton must (will) be the nominee.

Much has been said at DailyKos why Senator Obama must be the nominee for the democratic party.  Little has been said lately about why Senator Clinton must and will be the nominee.  No doubt the job action taken by her supporters caused limitation in positive diaries about Senator Clinton.  So, with that being said, I spent the day pondering and compiling all of the obvious reasons why Senator Clinton not only must be the Democratic nominee but why, in fact, she will be the democratic nominee.

Follow me after the jump for what I view as the reasons why Clinton must (will) be the nominee.  Admittedly, this is a non-exhaustive list.

  a premature GOP Willie Horton Swiftboating attack againts Obama.

  It's time for pro-Obam super and pro-unity Dem
  leaders to come out and endorse Obama NOW, before, the PA election.

  Because, there is real danger that this latest attack is sticking and picking up major support from the GOP and right leaning pundits.

  All joking aside, I hope there are no HRC supportors who truly believe it will be possible for HRC, or any other Dem to win, if they try to take this nomination from Obama with a backdoor electability super override.

  They all need to check their bearings for expectable backlash of core African American, progressive and loyal Democrats and even the new independents who have returned or come over for the first time, attracted by Obama's fresh approach.

  When it seemed like waiting until after NC and ID was just a final graceful endgame to make clear the voters closed down the primaries, not the supers, they could justify waiting.  

  But not anymore.

  Sadly, Obama's unfortunate "bitterness" comments, and the agressiveness with which HRC exploited it has taken them all by surprise and put them in a dangerous pickle.

  They are all now risking serious damage to our party and general election candidate.

  Now is the time for all good and loyal Democratics to come to the aid of our party and immediately rally behind Obama to nullify this premature launch of the Willie Horton attack by one of our own.

      Dobbs blast Obama, and then several hours more of the elitism/bitterness critiques on other stations, I'm sort of depressed and perhaps too angry.

      It's one thing to stay in the race to make positive arguments like HRC did the day of the Petreaus Iraq testimony.  I was very appreciative of her challenge to Bush, especially with regard to demanding that the Senate get a chance to play it's "advise and consent" role to any binding treaties with the Iraqi government.

      I thought for a moment, this is exactly the kind of change we hoped for when Penn was replaced by this new pollster who was purportedly a "real" Democrat with strong ties to our party.

      But, it's a completely different thing to be leading the Republican attacks and making their fall campaign ads better than they could.  Does anyone believe we will not see her quotes coming back at us in the fall, with only a "I'm John McCain and I approved this ad" spliced on at the end?
